Kitchora currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no standard shipping charge at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM London time.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time

Orders require 1–2 business days for processing and preparation before dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Transit Time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 2–3 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, including handling and transit time.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email.

Once the order has been dispatched, Kitchora will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving the dispatch confirmation.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated 3–5 business-day delivery period, check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.

If you still require assistance, contact support@kitchora.shop and include your order number. Our customer support team will investigate the delivery with the carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at support@kitchora.shop.

We will try to correct the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Kitchora cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
